Gorgonzola, Peach, and Bacon Flatbread
Flatbread pizzas are a quick and easy dinner that look beautiful and are done in no time at all. This Gorgonzola, Peach, and Bacon Flatbread is a delicious summer dinner that pairs sweet, juicy peaches with salty bacon and creamy gorgonzola for a pizza that everyone will fight over. Topped with peppery arugula, this flatbread captures the flavors of summer and serves them up fresh from the oven. If you don't like peaches, try this pizza with nectarines or another type of stone fruit.

The cafeteria in the hospital that I work at makes a different flatbread pizza every day during lunch. This would be a great recipe for them to use, especially in the summer! This recipe has a bunch of really unique flavors in it but they seem to complement each other well! Plus, they are so pretty to look at with all of the different colors and textures.
