This is a great idea for making a batch of sliders. The type of shredded cheese isn't specified, and I'm wondering if it might be worthwhile to try some different cheeses on parts of the giant burger. I could see using a cheddar for one part, and using a pepper jack for another. I'd also be inclined to either include bacon in the meat mix, or sprinkle crumbled bacon on top when the cheese is added.

That sounds like a good idea. It sounds like an easier way of making cheese burgers. I usually can't eat a whole burger, so the sliders sound perfect for me. You can eat them as a snack , pick nick or for any type of party. I will definitely try this soon.
