The Hardee's chain (Carl Jr's to those west of the Mississippi) used to have this on their menu for a while. It seems to be one of their items that isn't a permanent fixture, but one that gets rotated in and out. This is a really good approximation of the Hardee's version and I enjoy making these. The combo of steak and ground beef is really good, and with the peppers, onions, and Cheez Whiz or provolone, it really does taste like a good Philly Cheese Steak.
