The idea of having homemade BBQ sauce is a smart one because you never really know what half the ingredients are in the store-bought versions. Grilled food that has been either brushed or marinated in BBQ sauce really enhances and brings it to another depth of flavor and I love it. I've tried using coffee that's been brewed to make a sauce before but expresso powder...is it the same as coffee but ground up into a powder form instead?
