With that out of the way, let’s get to down to the dish. The mix of salmon or lox, and cream cheese is this spread is the heart and soul of the dish. You can actually play around with the herbs that you want to add. Maybe some dill or sage. Or you can keep it simple with just black pepper and garlic. Lox spread is great to take along on picnics."
