Side dish, Christmas. All of them. Seriously my favourite is the brussel sprouts! Last year did them up with new recipe, crispy crumb topping Awesome

I would have to say that my all - time favorite Christmas side dish has got to be sweet potato casserole. I have had it prepared several different ways with various toppings, but I cannot decide which one I like the best. Either topped with toasted marshmallows or a crunchy pecan praline topping! As for this cauliflower dish, could I substitute cayenne powder for those special chiles, and if so, how much should I use?

Sweet potato casserole

I love cranberries. I cook my own from fresh and serve them whole in a crystal glass turkey. They taste best when they are not too sweet or too tart.
