I love that this recipe calls for Sweet and Russet Potatoes. The addition of the sweet potatoes adds a delicious layer of flavor. The recipe is well written and easy to follow, and once everything is assembled and in the oven it is no fuss at all. Just let it cook while you prepare the rest of the meal. Great for a holiday side dish.
