Hearty Bone Broth Chicken Noodle Soup
"There’s no better way to warm up on a cold day than with a bowl of hearty chicken noodle soup. To satisfy your comfort food cravings, we’ve created a slightly upgraded version of classic chicken noodle soup by making it with chicken bone broth instead of regular broth or stock. Not only does the bone broth base add flavor, but it packs more nutrients into each serving. Unlike regular stock, chicken bone broth is simmered for at least 12 hours, which allows it to become more concentrated in the beneficial proteins, collagen and gelatin. Collagen is rich in immune-boosting amino acids to help keep you healthy during the cold and flu season months. We’ve made this recipe with egg noodles, but you can use any variety of noodle you have on hand. If you want to make this recipe gluten free, you could use brown rice noodles."
