Easy Paprika Barbecued Corn
It's hard to get the kids to eat vegetables. Try this wonderfully grilled corn on the cob. Rubbed with garlic, paprika, and butter, it has a delightful taste that will have you gnawing away. Vegetable recipes have never been so good.

Ingredients
- 1 Corn on the cob, pealed
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon peppercorn
- pinch salt
Instructions
In a bowl, add butter, garlic, peppercorn, paprika powder, salt and mix well.
Heat a large char-grill pan or barbecue over high heat.
Brush corn with butter mixture and char-grill or barbecue for 10-12 minutes, turning and basting with the butter mixture occasionally until cooked.
