Merry Christmas Jam

"This is one of my favorite jams to make during the holidays. This Christmas jam is just perfect to use those pears and plums which are abundant during the season. While making this beautiful sticky-sweet jam, our home just smells like Christmas. I love having this for breakfast on some nice nutty toast which takes me back to my childhood.
