- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 pound Thin Sliced Bottom Round Steak
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Pinch of Salt
- 8 ounce Provolone Cheese
- 1 ounce Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley

Preheat the oven to 425F.

Heat the butter in a large cast-iron skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the bell pepper and onion and cook until starting to soften, about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
