Brisket
Ingredients
- 7 to 9 lb brisket, fat trimmed off
- 2 teaspoons Adolph's Tenderizer
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 8 Tbsp. Wright's Liquid Smoke
- 4 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing
- 2 Tbs. mustard
Instructions
Mix all seasonings in large roasting pan. Sprinkle brisket with tenderizer and put in pan to marinate at least 12 hours. Turn 2 to 3 times. Take from refrigerator about an hour before baking in covered roaster at 250 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.
