    Ingredients

    • 7 to 9 lb brisket, fat trimmed off
    • 2 teaspoons Adolph's Tenderizer
    • 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
    • 1 teaspoon celery salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
    • 8 Tbsp. Wright's Liquid Smoke
    • 4 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
    • 4 Tbsp. Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing
    • 2 Tbs. mustard

    Instructions

    Mix all seasonings in large roasting pan. Sprinkle brisket with tenderizer and put in pan to marinate at least 12 hours. Turn 2 to 3 times. Take from refrigerator about an hour before baking in covered roaster at 250 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.
