Mini Barbecue Beef Pies are the perfect dish for a football party or other social gathering. The bite-sized pies have a Bisquick dough crust and are packed with a variety of barbecued ingredients. Onions, red pepper, sweet potatoes and corn give this ground beef recipe its color and flavor. In about 12 minutes, these mini pies will be ready to serve with a soft biscuit crust, meat and vegetable filling, and melted cheese on top.

What is better than some tangy barbecued beef? I like that you turned this beef into a little pie dish. Everyone can grab a couple of these little pies and some salad to make a great meal. You could serve it with some sauteed peppers and onions on the side to have more veggies in the mix if you want.
