Pressure Cooker Beer Braised Steak with Onions
"Pressure Cooker Steak can be made from frozen, and they’re super simple. Thanks to their delectable braise with beer and onions, the gravy that accompanies them is to die for. Do you ever get so bad at meal planning, that suddenly it is 5pm and you haven’t even begun to consider what you’ll feed yourself, and all the people around you expected to feed them? I do, pretty regularly. That’s when I pull out my Instant Pot and start digging around to see what I can whip up. Today, it was this awesome Beer Braised Steak with onions, gravy, and it started from a frozen block of steaks in a baggie. No defrosting necessary, and no “cream of” soups either."

A hearty, warming and absolutely delicious dish! We used unfrozen meat and added some sliced sweet potatoes to the recipe plus a fresh clove of garlic, chopped. With a lovely selection of fresh garden greens it was good enough for us all to vote to have it again SOON! No fuss or fancy ingredients also makes this a family friendly dish for a busy mid week family evening meal.
