Blueberry Banana Bread
"I really love blueberries, even as a small child they were my favorite thing to eat! I am always willing to try any recipe that has blueberries in it and this one for Blueberry Banana Bread is amazing. This bread is so moist and delicious, I think I could eat this everyday for breakfast and be perfectly happy. I found this recipe in the cookbook Superfoods at Every Meal and of course since it has blueberries in it I totally needed to make this! Don’t get me wrong, I love a good Classic Banana Bread but the addition of blueberries just makes it even better, in my opinion. Blueberry Banana Bread is incredibly versatile. Enjoy it warm with a pat of butter, or for an indulgent treat, try it with a dollop of whipped cream or a drizzle of honey. It’s also delicious toasted with a smear of cream cheese. I recently found a couple of toast cookbooks and I’ve been working on some fun toast recipes, so stay tuned for more toast ideas.
