    When I visited St. Louis a couple of years ago, I got introduced to the concept of toasted ravioli. It seems like almost every restaurant has this on the menu as an appetizer and I tried a number of different versions. This is a nice recipe if you don't want to deal with a deep fryer (since many of the recipes I've seen call for the breaded ravioli to be deep-fried). These are really yummy, and if you haven't tried them before, you're in for a treat.
