Ingredients
- 12 ounces pork belly
- 15 ounces egg noodles
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 ounces green beans
- 2 ounces carrots
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 ounces red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ounce chives for garnish
Instructions

Add the meat to a heated wok or pan with heated oil.

Sauté until fat is rendered and browned.

Remove excess oil.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add strips of carrots, chopped green beans, and bell pepper.

Then add egg noodles.

Sauté for 3 minutes.

Add a splash of soy sauce and oyster sauce.
