If you can make something in under 30 minutes, I will try it. I have no idea what Asiago cheese is though but from what I can see it tastes like Parmesan so I would use that. That being said I would love to try this dish. It looks yummy and so simple.

When I made this dish, I cooked the bacon in the same skillet first, and used some of the rendered fat to brown the chicken with. The fond created at the bottom of the pan adds even more flavor to the cream sauce. Asiago is ideal for skillet recipes like this one, since it melts very well and is easily incorporated into the sauce.
