This Dump-and-Bake French Onion Chicken recipe is absolutely terrific. It's a "one pan" wonder which puts it high on my list to begin with, flavors really sealed it's spot. Using beef broth, even though it's chicken gives it a true French Onion Soup flavor. I loved the idea of serving it with cheesy bread to carry through the French Onion Soup theme. I thought of serving it over rice because there is so much sauce, but I liked sopping up the sauce with the cheesy bread. This recipe is a winner.
