"Jack Skellington Cheesecakes are fun, no bake, individual vanilla cheesecakes with a Halloween twist! For those of you who know me, you know I love horror and all things spooky! I also love dressing up so Halloween is a fun time of year for me. However, Halloween isn’t really celebrated in New Zealand so I have only been trick or treating once (not very successfully) and Halloween is more just an excuse to binge on junk food while watching as may scary movies as possible!"
