Blueberry is a classic cheesecake topper. I am glad you turned this dessert into little bite sized pieces that you can easily share. I want to take something like this into the office one day and offer it to everyone. I bet I get a few requests to make it again or to give out the recipe.

What a neat little treat to make! And so easy to put together to boot. These would be great to make for any gathering and I'm sure they'd go over great. You could easily do the same with strawberries and the Philadelphia strawberry cream cheese. I'm curious about trying the jalapeno flavor, too. The author isn't interested, but there are times when something savory is called for, and using the jalapeno cream cheese and slices of jalapeno could work well.

Wow, these are so adorable and beautiful! I love how these use the blueberry cream cheese to add a subtle flavor and a nice hint of color. Also, the filo shells are simple. If you have trouble finding the shells, you can always use a circular cookie cutter with a refrigerated pie crust. Bake the circles in a cupcake pan for 8-10 minutes to create little shells.
