Fish and Leek Saute Recipe
"I love super easy recipes that are also delicious and nutritious of course! And this simple fish and leek saute meets all those criteria. If you’re not currently eating much fish, then give this recipe a try. If you’re scared of cooking fish because you haven’t done it much, then don’t worry, it’s hard to mess up this dish! This recipe is also great in that it works for a variety of diets (gluten-free, Paleo, AIP, Keto/low-carb, Whole30, as well as pescetarian)."

Ingredients
- 2 fish fillets (approx. 8 oz or 230 g), diced
- 1 leek, chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) gluten-free tamari soy sauce (use coconut aminos for AIP)
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) avocado oil

Add the avocado oil into a skillet and sauté the chopped leek.

When the leeks soften, add in the diced fish, grated ginger, tamari sauce or coconut aminos, and salt to taste.

Saute until the fish isn’t translucent anymore and is cooked.

Serve immediately.
