Tuna Salad with Eggs

Growing up we had tuna salad with saltines often. I loved it. Imagine my surprise the first time I ordered a tuna salad sandwich elsewhere. Tuna? Check! Bread? Check! Mayo? Check! Want to make it even fancier? Toast your bread, layer on this tuna salad recipe and then cover it with thinly sliced cheddar cheese. I also add a sliced tomato sometimes too. Yum!
