"Irish Cream Eggnog Ice Cream is a simple 2-step process, only needing a freezer and a blender! No ice cream maker required (but for those of you who do have one, let me know how it goes). This is more of a "cheat" than I've published before, but it's definitely not the worst thing you'll have this holiday season. Use an Irish cream, like Bailey's or Carolan's, or try Rum Chata!
