I don't know what it is about bit sized portions but the meal always tastes more delicious. I think this is a great idea and I am going to try it. It always makes the family more keen to eat something they think they haven't had before when it is cooked differently.

This looks like a delicious meal to me. I am wondering if anyone has made it yet? Can the individual meatloaf portions be frozen either before or after baking? My husband doesn't care for meatloaf but I do. I'm thinking I could make the meatloaf and freeze portions for more meals for me. It would be great to have something I can pull out of the freezer and reheat.
