Coconut Pumpkin Pie Dip
"A low calorie, fluffy dip that tastes like pumpkin pie with a dash of coconut made with healthier ingredients. Straight 100% pumpkin puree is not sweet. It is a little tart so I can add the amount of sweetness I want. I am not about sickly sweet. I used a little frozen coconut whipped topping to add another layer of deliciousness. It can be a little hard to find, but it is so worth it. Serve it with some apples that are a little more on the tart side, and you will be rolling her eyes with sheer pleasure. I like to do a mixture of green and red apples"
