I love a good quick German potato salad. Here, a way to speed up the process is to use new potatoes and just slice them (not too thinly) and cook them. When tender in about 10 minutes, drain and continue with the recipe. This may not be traditional, but it is quick! Using the bacon, broth, and vinegar is such a southern German tradition. Lecker Lecker!!!
