Bbq Sauce
Create a big batch of BBQ sauce for canning or jarring with this recipe. Homemade BBQ sauce is a quick and easy way to flavor any kind of meat.

Ingredients
- 12 cups ketchup
- 4 cups vinegar
- 1 cup worcestershire sauce
- 8 cups brown sugar
- 8 tablespoons dry mustard
- 5 tablespoons chilli powder
- 3 tablespoons ground ginger
- 10 cloves garlic (minced)
- 10 habanaro peppers (finely chopped)
- 10 cherry peppers (finely chopped)
- 4 tablespoons dehydrated onion bits
Instructions
- Bring ketchup vinegar and Worcestershire sauce to a boil.
- Lower heat to a simmer, add the rest of the ingredients.
- Simmer for 30 minutes stirring frequently.
- After filling jars, process immediately in a hot water bath using a canning kettle for approximately 20 minutes.
Makes approximately 12 pints.
