I love the mason jar concept. It is so nice to put your salad into and take to work. You can also throw in whatever you have left over in the fridge added to a general salad. I put my salad dressing into something small and then just toss it on the salad in the jar and give it a shake before I eat it. Doing it this way is so easy as you don't create a mess at your desk you can eat the salad out of the jar and its easy to screw the lid back on to take home when you're done. I think it's a fantastic idea.
