I love ham and cheese sandwiches and this variation is going immediately on my must-try list. I like the idea of two different cheeses with the ham, and the addition of the roasted red peppers really kicks it up more than a few notches. I have a preference for rye bread, and I'd opt for that rather than the wheat bread suggested in the recipe. It's a wonderfully sandwich filled with cheesy goodness.
