I make this all the time for friends when a loss or sickness occurs. You can drop it off in an aluminum casserole pan and never have to worry about getting your dish back. It will feed several and reheats well.

I made these once for a church potluck and now everybody asks me to bring this dish everytime! Just be sure to cook it long enough. It's easy to have a cold center if you don't. You have to let the sauce get hot and bubbly. If you need to cover the top with foil, then do it while the potatoes and sauce cook some more.
