Bok Choy Soup
"I came up with this bok choy soup because I have my lazy days in the kitchen. The soup is made of a clear broth and is enriched with Asian flavors, chili flakes for a color contrast and sesame seeds to add even more flavors to the soup. The aroma pretty much enhances the bok choy, which I cut in with a scissor to save time. Bok Choy is in season right now, so you better look out for some fresh bok choy in your local grocery store.
