Being in South Africa I do not know what the dry Italian dressing mix is that the recipe refers to so I just added a few herbs and spices and it worked out ok. I also cooked it on the slow cooker low setting because I needed to be away from the house for most of the day. Everyone in the family was very happy with the meal. The dish has lovely flavors, lemon and chicken are a great pairing and this recipe is a real goody!
