Oh man, these all look so tasty! I want to make every one of those appetizers. I'm a big fan of the usage of zuccini, so I love that there are two recipes for that, and the fried green beans look really easy as well.

I agree that as the seasons change so does your appetite. Summer is a time to go light and stop eating all of that comfort feed which makes you feel lethargic and heave. I especially love salads at around this time as they make you feel fresh. With a nice, light salads dressings too! I love all the zucchini recipes in this booklet.
