Got Canned Sardines? Make These Spanish-style Sardine Fritters
"These Spanish-Style Sardine Fritters, known as Tortitas de Sardinas, are filled with flavors, super easy to make and all done in just 30 minutes. Serve them as a tapas appetizer or even as a main course. They work great next to some roasted potatoes and a garden salad. To make this recipe, I used canned small sardines in olive oil. Regular-sized canned sardines can also be used. Either way, in this recipe, you won’t be using the olive oil from the canned sardines. But by all means, do not toss it. You can use it as a salad dressing or even to make some scrambled eggs."
