I cant believe its almost St Patricks day. This is a nostalgic day for me as my family is from the UK and I was brought up on this kind of food. I am going to save this array of Irish inspired recipes and really going to enjoy them. Thank you for that! I am going to start off with the Beef and Guiness stew I would highly recommend it because the Guinness, with its malted barley taste, is very distinct and cant be replicated. It is show stopper!
